The “Digital Divide” used to be about access to technology. Now it’s about what people do with their time on tech devices. This has become an alarming issue for the next generation. Studies are revealing that children in poorer families are spending considerably more time than children from more well-off families using their television and gadgets to watch shows and videos, play games and connect on social networking sites.
