Ekaterina Walter is the author of “Think Like Zuck”. Mark Zuckerberg was portrayed as a hard partying kid who also knew when to “lock in” and get the job done. He was respected by his colleagues for having a “decision tree” in his mind. That tree is the ability to make quick decisions based on the direction of real-life circumstances. And this has to be done at a moment’s notice. Zuckerberg knew that he had to be surrounded by smart people.
